With headquarters in Rockville, MD and expansion across the Mid-Atlantic, we are growing our Insurance Restoration Division and looking for experienced storm restoration sales professionals who want to focus on what they do best—develop new business, close deals, and earn strong commissions.

This role is ideal for experienced roofing insurance restoration reps who want to focus on sales while our in-house team handles project management and supplementation.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing residential and commercial insurance restoration projects
• Work with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the restoration process
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals
• Coordinate with our in-house supplementation and installation teams to support project execution
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Sales representatives assist homeowners through the restoration process but do not act as licensed public adjusters.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of insurance restoration or storm damage sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and performance driven
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and sales activities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have or be willing to obtain necessary equipment (ladder, appropriate boots, etc.)

This role is ideal for independent sales professionals who are confident, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Compensation

• Expected Earnings: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually through uncapped commissions.
• Top-performing representatives have historically earned $400,000+ per year. Individual results will vary based on sales performance.
• This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor sales opportunity under IRS Code Section 3508 (Direct Seller). Representatives operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses. Compensation is commission-based and reported via Form 1099-NEC.
