Salary: $75,000- $250,000+ per year (Base + Performance Bonus)  

Schedule: Full-time, 8am-4pm

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high-performing team of field marketing representatives and brand ambassadors.
  • Train and coach the team on outreach techniques, scripting, objection handling, and brand messaging, both in the field and in regular training sessions.
  • Set, manage, and consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment generation goals.
  • Plan and assign territories, routes, and schedules to maximize coverage and results.
  • Run daily huddles, field ride-alongs, and ongoing performance coaching.
  • Track, analyze, and report on team metrics such as leads generated, appointments set, lead quality, and cost per lead, then adjust tactics to improve.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and a smooth lead-to-appointment handoff.
  • Build morale, energy, and retention within a fast-paced field environment.
  • Manage the team budget, track compensation and incentives, and plan staffing needs.
  • Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community and at local events.
  • Develop your top performers into team leads and future leaders.

What You Bring

  • Experience leading a field marketing, direct sales, outside sales, or in-person lead generation team (home improvement or remodeling a strong plus).
  • A proven track record of hitting lead generation or sales targets and managing a team to its goals.
  • Strong recruiting, training, and coaching skills, with a real ability to develop people and keep them motivated.
  • Comfort working in the field and outdoors, with a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to read performance numbers and act on them.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across territories.
  • Comfort using CRM and lead-tracking tools (Salesforce or improveit360 experience a plus).
