Presidential Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Measure Tech to join our Virginia team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential exterior remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct accurate field measurements to confirm project scope and material requirements.
  • Analyze project margins, purchase materials, and coordinate installation crews.
  • Monitor project progress and key deliverables.
  • Review and define the scope and goals of residential remodeling projects post-sale.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, customers, and installation crews.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and crews.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $40,000 - $80,000 per year + potential commissions

Schedule & Work Location:

  • Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, schedule may alternate to accommodate Saturday schedules.
  • Work Location: Virginia – In-person role.
