What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between customers, crews, and our production team. You’ll take ownership of each project from start to finish — ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate field measurements for roofing, siding, and window projects.
  • Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously — from materials to installation.
  • Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Track progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Solve problems quickly and keep communication flowing across all teams.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

What You Bring

  • A valid driver’s license and comfort with driving between job sites.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to lead with confidence.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suites and project management tools.
  • Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus — but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you.

Monday–Friday, Saturdays (alternating schedule)
